Four Keys to My Past Successes

I have a long list of skills and experiences, but looking back at some of my favorite and most challenging successes, I’d say there are four skills or characteristics that really define and differentiate me.  I asked myself why was I successful in situations where other experienced people, talented and smart people, struggled or were unsuccessful?  

I realized my most significant achievements all revolved around these four characteristics.  Looking back over my old performance reviews I saw words that regularly mentioned these characteristics.  They developed early in my career and are as strong today as they ever were.  If you read through any of the stories in my Project Portfolio you will see these themes demonstrated repeatedly.
